Mixing Instructions:

Fill vase or clear container with water
Add 1 teaspoon of powder to every quart of water
Stir for 30-60 seconds
Add Foam & Glitter
Continue stirring until desired effect is achieved
Insert flowers, balloons, or whatever you wish, if you wish!

Disposal:

Throw into waterproof trash can or bag, no special disposal is necessary!
Place vase outside if warm and let water evaporate. Dispose like above, or separate glitter and foam. The powder can be used in soil to decrease the frequency of watering plants.
