Can I break case packs?
a. If you are a first time customer you can split cases. The minimum order of any one product is 1 case.
b. We also offer assortment case packs this year. Be sure to review your price list for details.

How can I get merchandise credit when I print and display DuneCraft signage?
a. It is simple to get merchandise credit. Simply download and print the 11 x 17 sign in color. We recommend mounting it on Foam-Core and laminating it for maximum durability.
b. Mount and place the sign in your store with DuneCraft merchandise.
c. Take a picture and email it to info@dunecraft.com or send a copy.
d. DuneCraft will issue you a $30 merchandise credit.

How long will it take my order to ship?
a. Once we receive your order, DuneCraft will ship it the same or next business day.

a. Orders under 500 pounds are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground. Orders over 500 pounds are shipped by LTL truck.
b. Typically, terms are FOB Newbury, OH, 44065.
c. If you do not provide an account number, we will prepay and add to your invoice.

Can I use my UPS, Fed-Ex, or LTL account number to pay for freight?
a. Yes, we have daily pickups from both UPS and Fed-Ex and can arrange for any LTL pickups on your account.

What should I do if I receive damaged merchandise?
a. Fax us at 800-306-4167 or email info@dunecraft.com to let us know what is damaged.
b. We will send replacement parts or issue a credit and call tag.

What is the best way to demonstrate Space Sand?
a. Thoroughly rinse and dry a glass bowl. Be sure there is no soap residue in it, as this will reverse the water-repelling properties of the sand.
b. Fill the bowl ¾ full with distilled water.
c. Pour the sand in.
d. Use a spoon to demonstrate how it comes out of the water dry and to mold the sand under water.

How can I grow a garden to display in my store?
a. It is best to grow your sample garden in a residential home. The windows allow more light and it generally provides a more conducive environment for growing plants.
b. Be sure to read and follow all instructions carefully.
c. Secure the growing terrarium to a shelf with tape or Velcro to prevent it from being knocked over.

a. Many of DuneCraft's products can be transformed into instant displays. Examples include:

What advice can you give on using photographs in my catalog?
a. The most important thing you can do is use growing shots or action shots.
b. Packaging shots are effective.
c. DO NOT lay out components to photograph; it has been done and absolutely does not work. If you follow steps 1 and 2, DuneCraft products will sell very well.

a. High resolution images of our products in use and in packaging are available in our High Resolution Image Gallery under the Wholesale tab of the web page.
b. Simply click on the High Res Image Gallery link.
c. Right click on the photo you wish to download, select “Save Target As,” and select where on your computer you would like to save them.
d. Do not open them directly without saving, as they are very large files.
